Clinton Chan was born and raised in Los Angeles County. He spent his teenage years working at his family’s law firm which fueled his interest to become an advocate for people accused of crimes. After graduating from Glendale University College of Law and passing the California bar, he was hired at the San Bernardino County Public Defender’s Office where he remained for 5 years. Mr. Chan then went into private practice for 12 years where he was a zealous advocate for his clients. He believes, “that a person’s constitutional rights should always be protected and asserted at all critical stages of the case.”
