Orange County law enforcement authorities are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who is suspected of helping to dump an intoxicated tourist from Australia in a Tustin alley after his friend allegedly raped her in the back of a car on the day after Thanksgiving.

If one is being accused of rape there is a lot to consider. First and foremost that if convicted of rape in the California State Courts, one could be sentenced to prison for 3, 6, or 8 years. If one knows they are being accused of rape the following should occur; A) Contact an attorney immediately, B) DO NOT contact or cause to contacted the alleged victim in the case, C) DO NOT under any circumstances agree to talk to the police. If one foolishly does talk to police, the police are allowed to use any number of ruses that could make someone make incriminating statements. These ruses include stating the person’s DNA was found on the victim, that his/her friend had already told the police that the person committed the rape, etc.
