Last month, a man was arrested for indecent exposure in Ventura County after he allegedly exposed himself to a woman in a store parking lot. The woman called police and reported that a man approached her in a shopping center parking lot as she was leaving the store. When she got into her car, the suspect, later identified as Garnett York, allegedly unzipped his pants and started fondling himself as he looked directly at the woman. York left the scene by the time police arrived, but they located him a few blocks away.
